Here is an idea for all of you that don’t want to eat left overs and why it can be good! We made a bunch of stuffed bell peppers. We had so many peppers from the garden we had to do something quick. We had six left over stuffed peppers. I had a box of Cheeseburger macaroni hamburger helper. I dumped out all the meat from the peppers into a skillet and added the amount of water it said on the HH box and reheated the meat. I cut up all the bell peppers and tossed them in and cut up two large portobello mushrooms and added that. I then added the macaroni and the cheese powder and the milk amount in the box and brought it all to a boil. Then reduce the heat to simmer and cover, stirring occasionally for 12 minutes. Yum!!
