Easy Baked Chicken Marsala

Above is my take on a recipe I will post later. I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. I also used Shiitake mushrooms instead of baby portobellos. This dish turned out great. I served it with cauliflower “rice” instead of pasta or regular rice. The side dish of sautéed vegetables mostly came from my garden. Yellow crooked neck squash, onions and the fresh garlic came from my garden but I had some left over mushrooms so I added that to it.
